Can I build a better life?

My life is undermined by bad work habits – internet when I should be working, failing to keep clear focus on my goals, failing to set and document goals. Not communicating. Letting people down with work undone, interest not taken, and opportunities to do good not realised.

One chap I admire was dismissive; he said ‘It only takes 22 days to build a new habit!’

Lets find out. Tonight I went to the gym, read some good things and spoke with my sons by phone.

Tomorrow:

1 write a goal list early

2 record times and activities on running sheet

3 turn internet off when I realise I switched activities, and no personal internet accepted until work is over.

I have sites to inspect, a safety meeting to run and  mountains to climb. Only a few days to get some results and people need me to do my job.
